September 21 is the UN-designated International Day of Peace, a day the UN encourages people to commemorate through education and public awareness on issues related to peace.
As you know, peace has long been a distant dream for Palestinians living under occupation. Let's spread the word among our neighbors this September to bring that dream of peace a little closer to reality for Palestinians – and the rest of us.
In honor of the Day of Peace, we have created packs of informational materials that give a sense of the horrors and history of the Palestinian story. We encourage you to share these materials with friends or strangers, on the street, at a public event or at a private gathering.
